As you first pick up the glass the Garnet jewel tones catch your eye and the unmistakable aromas of Old World Pinot Noir jump out of the glass. Fruit, Earth and Wood mingle to create a perfectly balanced nose. Black Cherry and a hint of spice complete the experience as they linger on your toungue.

This is what I would call an awesome wine! They said at the tasting room that it's kind of like a table wine, but for the money I like it better than any of their other pinots, which are all really good, too, which is why I highly recommend their tasting room out in Carmel Valley Village. They also pour the wines that come in flights all at the same time, which makes them easy to compare and pick out your favorite one. Bottom line? I give them a 10 out of 5!

Do not let this Pino Noir fool you. Just because it does not have a unique name like the other Pino Noirs at Holman Ranch, does not mean that it is not phenominal. The fruity flavor of this wine will have your mouth screaming for more!
